And sandwich it with another buttered slice. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and join the slices together to make a sandwich. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and put two slices of bread butter side down in the skillet.

Generously smear Brie cheese rind and all atop the mustard side of the bread its less messing than smearing cheese on cranberry. Combine cheddar with cranberries. All this butter and cheese is making me hungry.

Join the two slices together but dont smash them together. Place the bread butter-side-down on a cutting board. Place bread on a clean surface then spread one tablespoon of jam onto each slice of bread.

Place bread in the pan and separate brie slices among the two slices of bread.
